Paul is the owner and a licensed physical therapist with Specialized Physical Therapy, LLC. He is graduate of the University of Sciences in Philadelphia (USIP) and the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences (USAHS) where he earned his doctorate in physical therapy. He is a board certified orthopedic clinical specialist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties and is a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists. He earned his manual therapy certification and has received extensive training with one of the world’s most respected manual physical therapist, Dr. Stanley Paris. For the first ten years of his career, Paul specialized in vestibular rehabilitation at the Mercy Hearing and Balance Center located at Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital in the greater Philadelphia area. He earned his Herdman certificate of achievement in vestibular rehabilitation through Emory University School of Medicine.

Paul specializes in manual physical therapy examination and treatment of spinal disorders (eg: low back pain, herniated disc, facet joint dysfunction, sacroiliac joint dysfunction) and in vestibular rehabilitation, treating patients with inner-ear related disorders (eg: benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, vestibular neuritis/labrynthitis). Paul also treats patients who have sustained a concussion with post-concussion rehabilitation. Paul is a certified concussion health provider through ImPACT and Concussion Health.

Paul serves as a guest lecturer to several Philadelphia area Physical Therapy programs teaching general orthopedics, manual physical therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, and medical screening. Paul has published several peer-review articles on the topic of dizziness and often presents at state and national conferences.  Paul is currently the President of the American Physical Therapy Association of New Jersey

Paul is also a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and owner of Hyper CrossFit in Burlington, New Jersey.  Paul helps Fitness Athletes to perform optimally through his program, The Fitness Athlete Fix.

Matthew James

Matt is a native of Central Pennsylvania where he was a graduate of Mechanicsburg Area High School in 2006. Matt attended Lebanon Valley College to pursue a career in physical therapy and graduated in 2010 with a Bachelor of Health Science and a minor in psychology. He continued his education at LVC where he earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2012. In 2015, Matt completed an Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency program through Temple University is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Physical Therapist through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Matt is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association. Matt is a certified concussion health provider through ImPACT.

Matt has experience in a wide variety of setting; however, he greatly enjoys working in the private outpatient orthopedic setting. Here Matt treats a variety of patient populations including orthopedic, post-concussion, vestibular, and geriatric. His special interests include manual therapy, foot and ankle dysfunctions, running injuries, diabetes, and evidence-based practice. Matt is determined to provide high quality and compassionate care to each and every patient. He takes great pride in his work and loves helping his patients get better.

Nosheen Ameeri

Nosheen is a graduate of the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia.  Nosheen is a Board Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedics and a credentialed Clinical Instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association.  She has relocated to Cherry Hill from Southern California with over 8 years of experience in orthopaedic injuries including neck, back, upper extremity, and lower extremity.  Nosheen has a special interest in vestibular rehabilitation, balance disorders, and post-concussion rehabilitation.  Nosheen is a certified concussion health provider through ImPACT.  Nosheen is dedicated to improving the quality of life for all patients and aspires to develop wellness programs for the community.

Sona Singh

Sona graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from University of the Sciences in Philadelphia in 2015 with Suma Cum Laude Honors. She received her Bachelors in Health Sciences with a concentrated minor in Exercise Science and Wellness Management in 2012. Prior to starting her career in outpatient physical therapy at Specialized Physical Therapy, Sona has over one year of experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities in New Jersey and HomeCare in Texas. She is an ImPACT trainee and an active member of American Physical Therapy Association of New Jersey. Sona practices evidence based physical therapy on all ages and systems ranging from orthopedic, vestibular, concussion management, to geriatrics and injuries. Indian- born American, Sona is also fluent in Hindi and Punjabi. Being a dedicated and well-rounded Physical Therapist, she enjoys providing quality care to her patients with full passion.

Rachel Balluch

Rachel graduated with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Widener University in 2019.  Rachel completed clinical affiliations in a variety of settings including subacute care, home health, and outpatient therapy where she ultimately found her true passion working in outpatient orthopedics.  Rachel prides herself on providing quality care to every patient she treats, with the ultimate goal of seeing them reach their maximum potential.

Jennifer Digney

Jennifer graduated from Thomas Jefferson University with a BS in Occupational Therapy in 1994. She completed a graduate level Certificate in Upper Quarter Rehab at Drexel University in 2001 and became a Certified Hand Therapist in 2008. In 2014 she became a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and has been gaining experience working with Breast Cancer patients. Although Jennifer has worked in many areas of OT throughout her career, for the past 24 years her chief interest has been working in hand therapy with special interests in splinting and fracture management.

Kathleen is a licensed physical therapist assistant with Specialized Physical Therapy.  She graduated with an Associates of Science Degree in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program of Fairleigh Dickinson University.  Her special interests include vestibular rehabilitation, post concussion rehabilitation, and treatment of shoulder disorders.  She has completed coursework in evidence based treatment of vestibular and balance disorders, post concussion rehabilitation, orthopedic and musculoskeletal disorders of the spine and shoulder joint. Kathleen has worked in a variety of clinical settings including oncology, acute care, sub acute rehabilitation, geriatrics, and in outpatient settings working with orthopedic, vestibular, balance, and post concussion populations.  She greatly enjoys working in a private outpatient setting, seeing a variety of patients of all ages.  Kathleen works closely with the physical therapists in providing high quality care to all our patients.  Kathleen is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association of New Jersey.
