If you’re new to CrossFit, don’t worry! Our coaches are experienced and knowledgeable, and they will work with you to ensure that you are using the proper form and technique during every workout. They will also modify exercises as needed to accommodate any injuries or limitations that you may have.

Class Times
Monday-Friday: 5:30 am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm;
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 8:30am
Saturday: 9am (10am-12pm open gym)
Outside of class time the gym is open to members 9-7pm Monday-Thursday (except Tues/Thurs, closed 10am-12pm) and Fridays 9-2pm. Scheduled classes have priority.
