Our facility is owned and programmed by Doctors of Physical Therapy, which means that you can rest assured that your health and safety are our top priorities. Our team of experts has designed a comprehensive CrossFit program that is specifically tailored to help you achieve your fitness goals while also keeping you safe from injury.

If you’re new to CrossFit, don’t worry! Our coaches are experienced and knowledgeable, and they will work with you to ensure that you are using the proper form and technique during every workout. They will also modify exercises as needed to accommodate any injuries or limitations that you may have.

Monday-Friday: 5:30 am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm;
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 8:30am
Saturday: 9am (10am-12pm open gym)
Outside of class time the gym is open to members 9-7pm Monday-Thursday (except Tues/Thurs, closed 10am-12pm) and Fridays 9-2pm. Scheduled classes have priority.
