Our Staff

Debra is both an educational and business professional. She obtained her BA in Psychology from Rutgers University-Camden while concurrently enrolled in their Elementary Education Program and holds a NJ K-8 teaching certificate. After five years as a middle school educator, Debra spent 20-years in various industries with roles in marketing, business development, community liaison, and event planning & strategy. Currently, Debra balances a part-time role as Physician Liaison-Marketer at Specialized Physical Therapy with teaching middle school full-time. While working in two very different fields she equally enjoys both which allows her to forge relationships and truly get to know people. Aside from work, Debra is an avid gardener, harvesting anything from flowers and grapes to strawberries and cucumbers and everything in between. If she’s not in the garden, she is walking dogs (not always her own), reading on the beach or front porch, cooking, knitting, crocheting, and traveling & exploring near and far places.
