Dr. Jeanishka Excellent

PT, DPT

Jeanishka graduated Temple University with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She was once a student physical therapist at Specialized PT for her clinical education before moving onto earning her doctorate and becoming a licensed PT. She has clinical experience treating return to sport, orthopedic pain, the geriatric population, cardiopulmonary, neurological, and vestibular conditions. Jeanishka is especially passionate about sports injuries, cardiopulmonary conditions, and vestibular conditions. In addition to treating patients with orthopedic pain, Jeanishka is a certified LSVT BIG clinician, which is a specialized program specifically tailored to improve the balance, gait, endurance, and daily function of those living with Parkinson’s disease. Jeanishka is also a certified concussion health provider through ImPACT. At the forefront of her treatment, Jeanishka is focused on creating good communication with each patient so that they may have the best clinical outcome and improved quality of life. Outside of Specialized PT, she loves playing pickleball and volleyball, playing with her corgi Nala, and watching Netflix shows.
